The CYQCI consortium successfully held its second-year review with the European Commission on Friday, which was kindly hosted by our partners at the Office of the Commissioner for Communications. The meeting brought together representatives from all project partners:
- Cyprus University of Technology (CUT)
- CYTA
- Digital Security Authority (DSA)
- Department of Electronic Communications, Deputy Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy
- CYNET – Cyprus Research and Academic Network
During the review, the consortium presented the progress achieved over the past year toward strengthening Cyprus’s quantum communication capabilities and contributing to the European Quantum Communication Infrastructure (EuroQCI) project and wider European quantum and cybersecurity initiatives.
With the review successfully completed, CYQCI looks forward to the following milestones as we continue working toward a more secure and quantum-ready Europe.
